Requirements For Telemedicine Program:
Patient must be in the state of Arkansas at the time of visit. Online scheduling is necessary in order to obtain medical information and sign intake/consent forms through a HIPPA compliant system. Height and weight are necessary in order to calculate BMI. During treatment try to use the same scale to maintain consistency of weight measurements. A recent blood pressure from home or from your primary care providers office. Some prescriptions offered are injectables, therefore, become familiar with drawing up and injecting your medications. Telehealth fee is due prior to the visit. Payments for compounded prescriptions must be paid in full before the order will be placed. You will receive an invoice after each purchase.
